    MY EXPERIENCE IS ONLY REGARDING THE SERVICE MANAGER. I've never purchased a vehicle here so no idea what the sales department is like but I can tell you that if you have a new car, especially a car you love and care about, whether it's a sports coupe or a lifted Tacoma, as an enthusiast, Freddy Gonzales is the man. You can tell he's a car guy too, knows his stuff and wouldn't hesitate to take the extra minute to answer your questions and concerns. He's helped me multiple times for some warranty work on a new vehicle and always treated me with trust and respect, never pushed back on problems caused by the manufacturer or dealership and not once tried to upsell me on services I don't need. This is how you treat your customers and get them to come back, not trying to screw everybody that comes through the door. This is how you get people to tell them friends and family to give you their business. I've worked with other service managers and nobody offered an experience as good as Freddy, so I only request him for services now. If this man doesn't get promoted, nobody else deserves to be. Side note: service manager aside, the technicians and lot attendant/porters though, you can tell they don't give a shit about their job. My interior and key fob have been scratched up upon returning from service, my dashcam has been unplugged (which is fine for their privacy) but never plugged back. One time they even ripped about 2-3 feet of the dashcam cables out when it was originally neatly tucked away under the trim panels and just left it dangling.

    (my rating is solely for our sales rep's customer service) My mom and I came into this dealership looking for one of the 2025 Camry XSE's. We were immediately greeted by a young man, by the name Trez C. He listened to our needs, actively supported in meeting these needs: which made the experience super comfortable/accommodating. He was informative, diligent and overall pleasant to discuss/explore cars with. If you're in need of a car, or just wanting to explore (and decide to visit Kearny Mesa location) ask for Trez! He will not disappoint. Thank you Trez for being so respectful, attentive & all your help!

    Promise and over deliver! If you're looking for a Toyota, look no further. After a long search, Greg at Kearny Mesa Toyota helped me secure a 2023 4Runner TRD Pro at an incredible price. What I thought was going to be a 1 month wait turned out to be a little over 2 weeks and I'm very happy with my experience and purchase. Traded in my 2019 Mercedes AMG GLE63s Coupe and they tacked on an additional 10% to my trade-in value no other dealers could offer, which was huge! As soon as they offered that, it was game over. On top of that, I was offered an interest rate significantly lower than Toyota, large banks, etc, and walked away with an interest rate of ~5% (approval based on many factors). Of course, that's when other Toyota dealers kept cold calling me for their business to match, etc, which I declined. Anyone looking to buy cars want no games. Again, I respect this dealer, and no wonder they have such good ratings. I highly recommend!!
